Your Questions & Answers

1. On the handout, the first point it says removes permanent, demi & semi – permanent OXIDATIVE COLOR ONLY! The last point says “Does not remove semi or permanent direct dyes.” Could you please explain?
   This product will not remove direct dyes that do not use a peroxide or developer.  The technology basically shrinks the dye molecule and rinses out the colour.
2. Will it remove Crazy Colour & Manic Panic?
   No, we understand that these are direct dyes that do not use a developer or peroxide.
3. Does it bring up any warmth?
   It will essentially bring the hair back to its pre-peroxide state; reverts it back to its pre-coloured hair. Keep in mind that if box dyes are used that they use a very difficult metallic dye, it may not work the first time and/or depending on how much or how many times the colour has been applied.  It’s VERY IMPORTANT to follow the instruction in the pamphlet provided!
4. How does it reduce the size of the old colour molecule?
   This is a question for a chemist!  I just know that’s what the technology does, basically reverses the colour process.
