What happens to your scissors?

The Scissor Service process ensures that every pair of scissor leaves us with its original functional and aesthetic specifications. Each scissor is completely dismantled, appraised for wear & tear and inspected for damaged all before cleaning. Firstly, a master sharpener closely examines each individual component of the scissor and identifies any that need to be replaced. As a results of the examination any parts that do need to be replaced are genuine parts sourced directly from the manufacturer. State of the art equipment ensures precision sharpness from your blades.

Next, the master technicians polish the scissors to regain their original shine whilst every component is then carefully lubricated. After that a vigorous testing and quality check process follows. Finally a highly trained specialist carries out one last detailed check of the scissors to ensure the highest possible standard of quality has been achieved.

Please send your scissors to us using a tracked or signed for service. Once we receive your scissors they will be ready to send back within 2-3 working days.
